As our society adjusts to the “new normal”, and as we continue to serve as the bridge that connects groups of people, how will this affect our understanding of protocol? How will standards and practices shift in the short-term? In what ways have we adapted to the changes in our own workplaces? Will these short-term adjustments transform the way we engage in protocol in the long-term?
